City Clerk: Cheryl Ford

The City Clerk maintains all official City records, papers, public documents, minutes and files of the City Council and publishes ordinances, notices, agendas and other public documents. The Clerk keeps minutes of Council proceedings, is the official custodian of the City Seal, and with the Mayor signs and attests all ordinances and resolutions.

Copies of public records are available through the City Clerk’s Office by completing a Request for Public Records. Open record requests, in accordance with Georgia's Open Records Act, are submitted to the office of the City Clerk located at 30 East Broad Street, P.O. Box 328, Camilla, Georgia 31730. Records requests may also be submitted via email.
